David Martinez obtained his degree in chemical engineering in 1987 and practiced engineering until 2010. He was a licensed chemical engineer and practiced engineering for over 20 years before opening his law practice. He has been practicing law for more than 12 years in the areas of criminal defense, employment law, administrative law, personal injury, and family law.


The attorney represents clients in criminal defense (including juvenile delinquency) and employment law claims and defenses. Won my case!!!










Mr. Martinez was excellent in his knowledge of the vehicle code and helped me to win my case vs. Geico.
