David Martinez
David Martinez obtained his degree in chemical engineering in 1987 and practiced engineering until 2010. He was a licensed chemical engineer and practiced engineering for over 20 years before opening his law practice. He has been practicing law for more than 12 years in the areas of criminal defense, employment law, administrative law, personal injury, and family law.
The attorney represents clients in criminal defense (including juvenile delinquency) and employment law claims and defenses. The attorney may accept cases in personal injury and family law on a limited basis. The office operates primarily in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties but may accept cases in Los Angeles County. The attorney maintains a small case load to maximize results and achieve high familiarity with clients’ needs and all facts and law of the case. The attorney is fluent in Spanish and English. Clients speak directly to Attorney whether in English or Spanish. Clients will not speak to law clerks, paralegals, or secretaries.
